Job Title: Process Operations LeadAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Operations Lead to lead and be responsible for identifying, mapping, and documenting business processes required to support the successful launch of a new e-commerce programme.

  • The ideal candidate will ensure that all new and updated processes are clearly defined, aligned, and ready for implementation across the business.
  • This role will engage with business stakeholders to define new process requirements and updates to existing processes.
  • The Process Operations Lead will work closely with commercial, legal and regulatory, finance, B2B, operations, channels, and technology teams to ensure process alignment.
  • This position is responsible for developing detailed business process documentation to inform system requirements, testing, training, and go-to-market activities.
  • The Process Operations Lead will collaborate with product, operational, and technical teams to validate process design and resolve gaps or issues.
  • This role will also provide input into operational handover, training, and post-launch continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Process Manager or Business Process Analyst on large-scale programmes.
  • Strong expertise in process mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Able to work across multiple business functions and translate requirements into clear process documentation.
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital, or technology programmes is highly desirable.
  • Process improvement or analysis certifications are advantageous.
