Job Opportunity

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final accounts.

Key duties include:

  • Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
  • Managing contract variations, valuations, and interim applications
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual obligations
  • Supporting project planning and risk management activities
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical, M&E, or decarbonisation sectors
  • Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
