Job Opportunity: Senior Compliance Professional

Role Overview:

A dynamic and experienced Senior Compliance Manager is sought to join our compliance team within a globally recognised investment firm. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to step up in a global environment and gain broad exposure to cross-jurisdictional regulations (UK & US).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Services – Provide support on UK and US regulatory matters.
  • Program Monitoring – Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
  • Investor Support – Coordinate due diligence and investor documentation.
  • Policies & Procedures – Draft and update internal compliance policies.
  • AML/KYC Oversight – Conduct reviews related to transactions and investments.
  • Training Sessions – Deliver regular compliance updates and training sessions.
  • Regulatory Engagement – Liaise with regulators and manage audit requests.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with compliance colleagues across jurisdictions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in compliance or legal roles within financial services or asset management.
  • Direct experience with UK and/or US regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in AML/KYC oversight and policy drafting.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and across teams.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Global Head of Compliance and forms part of a close-knit team across key global locations.
