As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's work culture, ensuring it remains positive, compliant, and inclusive across multiple residential care centres. Your leadership will inspire teams to excel and foster a culture of excellence.

  • Lead recruitment processes, aligning with Tusla and Children First standards, to attract top talent and build a skilled workforce.
  • Manage vetting, contracts, and onboarding, ensuring seamless employee onboarding and efficient contract management.
  • Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensuring GDPR-compliant storage and processing of employee and client data, upholding the highest standards of data protection.
  • Provide expert HR advice to centre managers, handling performance, grievance, and disciplinary matters with fairness, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Maintain the organisation's Training Matrix, overseeing mandatory and CPD training, certification renewals, and e-learning rollout, empowering employees to develop their skills.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment law and HIQA/Tusla regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance and business excellence.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related discipline, demonstrating academic excellence and expertise.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a regulated care, non-profit, or healthcare setting, showcasing your ability to navigate complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, GDPR, and HR best practices, enabling you to provide informed guidance and support.
  • Experience across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention and development, highlighting your commitment to employee growth and success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, allowing you to build strong relationships and drive results.
  • A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
