Integration Project Manager Role

As a seasoned integration project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire integration process, ensuring seamless collaboration between various teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration plan to track dependencies and milestones between workstreams.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve conflicts.
  • Lead interface coordination meetings and drive issue resolution across disciplines and vendors.
  • Identify integration risks, bottlenecks, and schedule impacts early, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate and ensure all subsystems are aligned with commissioning and operational readiness requirements.
  • Support handover strategy planning and execution to ensure smooth transition from build to operational phase.
  • Promote regular integration progress reports for executive stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
  • Align integration efforts with quality, safety, and schedule targets.
