**Accounting Leadership Role:** We are seeking a skilled Accounting Leader to join our team in Cork City. As a key member of our accountancy practice, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance to our clients and driving business growth.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial services, managing client portfolios, preparing financial statements, and providing audit consultancy. You will also be responsible for training and developing junior staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide expert financial guidance
  • Prepare financial statements and conduct audits
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth
  • Train and develop junior staff members

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be ACA/CPA/ACCA qualified, have 1-2 years Post Qualified practice experience, possess a broad range of experience across the areas of accountancy, audit & tax, be pro-active, able to deliver to tight deadlines and within budget, possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, possess good team working skills and be a good team leader, be able to work on your own initiative and report directly to partner level, and experience mentoring and training junior staff highly desirable.
