Hotel Banqueting Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Banqueting Manager to join our team.

  • Maximize employee productivity and satisfaction by leading the Conference and Banqueting, Events Team.
  • Ensure employees within the department achieve optimum revenue and service levels.
  • Monitor departments overall performance, interaction with other departments etc.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar position in a busy 4-star hotel, excellent reputation and ability to cater for events of 300+ guests on a regular basis. A professional style, outgoing personality, friendly demeanor and strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in a similar position in a busy 4-star hotel.
  • Experience catering for events of 300+ guests on a regular basis.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • IT proficient.
  • Current legal status to live and work in Ireland.
