Senior Financial Operations Expert

You'll be a key player in our global financial team, working closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate and compliant financial reporting.

This role is about more than just month-end close. You'll partner with colleagues globally, drive value-added activities, and contribute to ongoing projects in automation, systems, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex financial activities: reconciliations, variance analysis, and balance sheet reviews.
  • Manage month- and quarter-end close, ensuring compliance with deadlines and standards.
  • Support treasury (cash reconciliation, currency exposure) and income tax accruals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with global stakeholders to resolve financial issues and provide expert analysis.
  • Contribute to system upgrades and automation projects (ERP, financial software).
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the team.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years' relevant financial experience, ideally in a multinational or shared service environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Skilled in handling complex financial issues and providing expert analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and solutions-focused.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues is an advantage.
