Job Overview

This role encompasses a vital aspect of product marketing for the Finance and Quote to Cash domain, as part of a broader organization that covers Finance and Spend at SAP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading product marketing efforts related to price calculation, differentiation, and distribution across all SAP products in this space.

This includes pricing capabilities within SAP Cloud ERP as well as third-party solutions integrated with SAP.

  • Identify and track market demand and requirements within their area of expertise.
  • Foster collaboration with market analysts to position the SAP product portfolio effectively.
  • Provide informed guidance to product management and engineering on external trends and views.
  • Achieve comprehensive understanding of SAP's products to inform external positioning strategies.
  • Develop and lead pricing strategies and product pricing plans.
  • Manage the creation of marketing assets aligned with customer interactions involving SAP products.
  • Lead and advise on Go-to-Market Strategy for products (sales channel strategy, demand generation strategies, sales plays).

Role Requirements

Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in at least two of the following fields:

  • Consulting/Pre-sales for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Sales & Distribution.
  • Product Marketing for cloud software addressing global markets.
  • Sales Experience for SAP Cloud ERP, SAP CX or Partner product for Pricing.
  • Product Management/Development Management Experience in relevant areas.
  • Consulting/System Integration Experience in relevant domains.

Key Soft Skills

Demonstrate collaborative and adaptive traits, with strong teamwork abilities to operate across organizations and cultural geographies.

Display effective management communication skills, applying concepts such as the pyramid principle and M.E.C.E.

Show an execution focus.

Proficiency in English is required, both written and verbal.
