We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Brandshapers team in Ireland. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and driving business growth through strategic account management and promotional activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with pharmacy accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective promotional strategies to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure pharmacies are well-stocked and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Implement optimal product display solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Train pharmacy staff on product features and benefits to boost recommendations.
  • Develop and follow an efficient journey plan to meet KPIs and drive business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in selling to Pharmacy accounts with a strong understanding of the Irish market.
  • Previous experience using a CRM system in daily work with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate product features and benefits at all levels with clarity and conviction.
  • Skill in reviewing and analysing targets to achieve KPIs and drive business results.
