Leadership Opportunity in Medical Laboratory

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead our biochemistry laboratory in a Cork, Ireland based role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical/scientific aspects of the work of the department, ensuring that quality management systems conform to international standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verifying and validating test methods
  • Maintaining quality management and ISO accreditation
  • Providing senior leadership and team management

Essential Qualifications:

  • Chief medical scientist qualification
  • Postgraduate degree in medical laboratory science
  • At least 6 years' experience in a medical laboratory post qualification
