Job Title: Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor oversees the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management, and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

  • Manage warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and maintain a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive business growth
  • Proven ability to lead by example, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and data analysis tools
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, think critically, and make informed decisions
