About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Engineering Supervisor to take on a challenging leadership role in our state-of-the-art facility.

  • Oversee all engineering operations, balancing team motivation with the implementation of management initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead a team of engineers and apprentices, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all production departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engineering KPIs, targets, and plans in line with business objectives.

Key requirements include:

  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic skills with hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred but we are also open to senior engineers ready to take the next step in their career
