Job Description:

As a Property & Casualty Underwriter, you will play a key role in safeguarding businesses and empowering their ambitions. You will be responsible for underwriting and servicing existing accounts, evaluating new business, and utilizing negotiation skills to secure expected retention, income, and rate aligned with company, team, and individual objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Non-Motor underwriting function to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Providing technical underwriting expertise across all Non-Motor lines.
- Handling referrals and underwriting for both new and existing business, contributing to profitable growth.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have;
- Recognized insurance qualification (FCII, ACII, CIP) or relevant academic degree.
- In-depth knowledge of the Liability Insurance market in Ireland.
- Proven underwriting experience in Liability product lines.
- Strong profile within the insurance broking community.
