This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact on the lives of families and communities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of key support services that enhance family well-being and community development. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing family support programs, providing information and advisory services, and building partnerships with relevant agencies.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with national guidance and frameworks, and promoting a community-based model of family support. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment and represent the Centre in regional and national networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement family support programs that strengthen resilience and coping strategies.
  • Provide information, advisory services, and coordinate community events for families and individuals.
  • Build strong partnerships with Tusla and relevant agencies to enhance service delivery.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also oversee the Centre's financial operations, manage staff and volunteers, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
