Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the fit-out of office spaces ranging from 30,000 to 100,000 square feet. They will manage all aspects of the project ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all fit-out activities on-site.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Fit-Out Site Manager in healthcare facility projects.
  • Strong knowledge of fitout processes construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
