We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Dublin. This role offers the chance to contribute to strategic growth initiatives within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance our corporate practice profile, support client acquisition, and strengthen market position.
- Lead initiatives to raise the profile of our Corporate and M&A team, working collaboratively with the wider marketing function.
- Manage legal directory submissions and oversee departmental rankings.
- Support the preparation of client proposals, pitches, and responses to RFPs.
- Carry out market, sector, and client research to inform BD planning.
- Review and enhance our department's marketing collateral, including capability statements, deal lists, and web content.
- A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years' experience in a business development or marketing role within a professional services environment.
- Proven experience leading BD initiatives for a practice area, service line, or sector group.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop compelling marketing content.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
- Strategic mindset with sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
