Investor Reporting Specialist

This role focuses on investor reporting, investment accounting functions, and exposure to new client mandates, operations initiatives, and products.

Maintaining and interfacing with multiple internal and external clients is a crucial aspect of this position. Key responsibilities include facilitating the receipt, disbursement, and reconciliation of borrower funds during a loan's pre-funding and funding period.

  • Prepare daily and periodic investment reports, including valuations, investor remittance files, and other financial statements.
  • Collaborate closely with all Loan Services' operational groups and the Data Integrity Team to communicate, research, and resolve daily data transmission and feed issues.
  • Review bank account reconciliations, investor files, and wire transfers for accuracy.

Additionally, you will participate in new investor meetings and contribute to identifying efficiencies, including process automation of reporting and data feeds.
