This pivotal role leads product management, strategic planning, and revenue generation initiatives across our expanding portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive performance, develop products, and support people management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Management / Revenue Generation: Collaborate in setting budgets and strategic plans to ensure objectives are achieved. Communicate and implement agreed strategies within the business areas.
  • Client satisfaction and key relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with business partners and agree on strategic plans to ensure all parties are clear on expected KPIs.
  • Compliance & Operations: Ensure daily service levels are met/exceeded and review business processes for efficiencies. Liaise with providers to ensure system changes are approved and applied.
  • People Management: Support planning for resource allocation and facilitate the professional development of key staff members.
