We are seeking a skilled Social Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Social Care Support Worker, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, promoting their autonomy, dignity, and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support Individuals in Daily Life: Provide assistance with daily tasks, such as personal care, dressing, and feeding, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained.
  • Community Integration: Facilitate individuals' participation in community activities, promoting social interaction and inclusion.
  • Advocacy & Rights: Respect the human, legal, and constitutional rights of each individual, promoting their autonomy and equality.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Social Care or related field.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driver's licence and availability of own car.
