Job Opportunity

FT is seeking a Senior Highway Professional to lead our Sustainable Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams, developing project budgets and ensuring compliance with quality assurance procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex highway projects, mentoring junior staff members and contributing to the development of innovative infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing large-scale highway projects from inception to completion
  • Leading high-performing design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff members to enhance their technical skills
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Developing and implementing quality management systems to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Chartered Engineer status or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience in highway engineering and project management
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams and delivering complex projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
