Business Intelligence Leader

This role is focused on driving strategic decision-making through advanced data analytics and AI/ML technologies.

The ideal candidate combines a passion for solving complex business problems with technical expertise in modern BI and AI/ML solutions, as well as strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Design and build high-performance analytics pipelines leveraging AI/ML technologies, including feature engineering, model evaluation, and production deployment.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to drive experimentation and innovation in AI/ML technologies.
  • Mentor junior team members and review work for quality, scalability, and performance.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and data products that improve decision-making.
  • Educate stakeholders on how to self-serve using modern data platforms and tools.
Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, R, and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with Snowflake Cortex and AWS SageMaker.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and data governance principles.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
