Job Summary

Key responsibilities include designing and analyzing high voltage electrical systems and substations, overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure, conducting system reliability and performance assessments, developing and implementing maintenance and safety protocols, preparing technical reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, collaborating with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, and performing site inspections and fieldwork as required.

Qualifications
  • Strong educational foundation in electrical engineering or a related field, preferably at the bachelor's or master's level.
  • Professional experience in the energy sector, particularly in high voltage systems and substations.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools, including CAD programs, simulation software, and data management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and report-writing abilities, with the capacity to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel for site work, with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
