Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Engineer to join our senior leadership team in a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.

This high-impact role involves overseeing the delivery of complex, large-scale projects across EMEA, primarily within data centres, advanced industrial, and commercial sectors.

As a strategic and technical leader, you'll manage project performance and people development, driving quality, innovation, and outcomes. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners ensures technical excellence, control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical design strategy and execution for technically complex projects.
  • Review and sign off on key design outputs to ensure compliance, quality, and alignment.
  • Oversee collaboration between electrical and mechanical teams, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Monitor and control deliverables and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Champion internal design standards, QA/QC protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff through structured reviews, training plans, and informal support.
  • Contribute to strategic direction, supporting company-wide goals and operational improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of relevant electrical design experience in mission-critical and commercial environments.
  • 3+ years' leadership experience, managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
