Job Overview

This position is a key part of our technology team, focused on ensuring the reliability and stability of our investment management platforms.

You will be responsible for managing the production environment, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Your role will involve navigating complex technical environments, building relationships with critical partners, and interfacing with external vendors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage systems used by multiple teams, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Oversight of the batch environment, ensuring high uptime and reliability.
  • Accountable for the operation, monitoring, and integrity of the technology platform.
  • Available for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends on a rotation basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology role, preferably in software development or application support.
  • A continuous learner, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
