Analytical Marketing Solutions Expert

We are seeking an analytical professional to lead and execute our Marketing Mix Modelling initiatives. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end execution of MMM projects, ensuring high-quality data analysis and collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end MMM project timelines to ensure timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Analytics and external agency partners to align on objectives, project scope and deliverables.
• Oversee the full modelling process – from data collection and preparation to model calibration and reporting.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks or potential roadblocks to project success.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to inform and optimise marketing investment decisions.
• Manage large datasets from multiple sources and distil complex findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing/Strategy teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing or analyzing Marketing Mix Models (MMM), ideally within FMCG.
• Strong background in cross-functional project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effortlessly and delivery of high-impact insights.
• Basic knowledge of analytical engines such as R, SAS, Python for MMM modelling and an understanding of multiple-variable regression modelling.
• Strong grasp of marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks as well as experience handling large datasets and databases (SQL is a plus).
