Position Summary
KKR is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to drive data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has expertise in digital, web, and marketing analytics, with experience in campaign segmentation, performance measurement, attribution, and lead scoring. This role requires proficiency in analysing data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Experience in B2B marketing, CRM analytics (Salesforce), and asset or wealth management is highly desirable. We seek a proactive problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous learning. Experience in media and communications analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client, Channel, Product, and Content Marketing teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies, measurement frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Communications teams to establish measurement frameworks, reporting structures, and data-driven insights on media interactions, earned media, publications, and press releases.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of media coverage, press releases, and communications across earned, owned, and paid media channels.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI
- Analyse digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends, and performing attribution analysis to assess the impact of various channels on lead generation and conversion.
- Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads and improve sales efficiency.
- Write and execute SQL/Python queries to extract and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key marketing metrics and performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with expertise in digital/web analytics, campaign segmentation, and multichannel marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce/CRM data and B2B marketing analytics.
- Experience in media and communications analytics, including PR analytics, sentiment analysis, and media monitoring, is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights, build reports, and create dashboards using Tableau or Power BI (Snowflake's Streamlit experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, or Heap.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries; Python proficiency is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing KPIs, campaign segmentation, attribution, lead scoring, and multichannel marketing data analysis. (email, web, social, paid media, CRM, and sales).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and marketing performance measurement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative, proactive problem-solver with a self-starter mindset.
