Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Eppione is seeking an experienced and creative digital marketing professional to lead our digital marketing efforts.

  • Digital Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth through effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
    • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics; use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Content Development:
    • Produce compelling and relevant digital content that aligns with brand messaging.
    • Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to streamline marketing processes and enhance targeting.
  • SEO & SEM:
    • Optimize website content to help paid advertising, improve organic search rankings, and maximize paid campaign performance.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep digital marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
  • Budget Management:
    • Allocate resources efficiently across campaigns for optimal results.
    • Foster collaboration with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment.
About the Role
  • We are looking for a skilled digital marketer with 1+ years of experience in B2B or technology sectors.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • A strong analytical mindset and experience using Google Analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools are required.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • This position can be based in Dublin or London office, with occasional travel required within the EU and the USA.
