We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced data scientist to join our team as a Data Science Manager. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for translating complex business problems into actionable insights using data-driven approaches.

Your primary focus will be on developing evaluation frameworks for machine learning and large-scale models, identifying patterns and behaviors that are effective predictors of performance, and delivering customer-centric solutions based on people-based marketing strategies.

As a senior member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, develop practical solutions for marketing analytics problems, and drive business change through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as math, economics, statistics, engineering, or computer science
  • 7+ years of experience using analytics to solve business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R), querying databases, or statistical analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters' degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field
  • Experience managing teams and leading projects
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or other advanced analytics techniques
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and big data platforms
