Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with buying teams, designers, and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Attend pre-production meetings to review new products and packaging for commercial viability, compliance with legislation, and performance requirements.
  • Test home products on our portal, including failed test results, and take a hands-on approach with suppliers regarding sample sealing processes, risk assessments, and critical paths.
  • Communicate approvals and rejections to suppliers and internal teams, as well as provide regular updates on sample submissions, customer complaints, and competitor product comparisons.
  • Develop supplier relationships to ensure product consistency across the supply base for quality, finish, packaging, and safety.
  • Manage daily email communications and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
