Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Greenhouse Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing greenhouse operations and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily greenhouse operations, ensuring efficient management of resources and personnel.
  • Lead a motivated team of horticulture professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant growth, increase yields, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve greenhouse operations and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in greenhouse management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, improving efficiency, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
