Accounts Administrator Role

  • We seek a seasoned administrator to manage financial transactions and support office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage timesheets, raise purchase orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct debt collection activities in a professional manner.
  • Reconcile fuel cards and prepare bank lodgements.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including taxing/untaxing machinery and ordering stationery.
  • Support the office with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an accounts administration role is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, preferably with Sage accounting software.
  • A practical background in construction, agriculture, or a similar environment is desirable.
  • Excellent character traits, including independence, initiative, and strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
