Job Title: Employee Benefits Administrator

About This Role

This position is a 12-month maternity contract for an experienced benefits administrator. You will be responsible for managing employee queries, partnering with vendors, and administering benefits across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for employee compensation and benefits queries.
  • Manage partnerships with benefits vendors and act as a liaison.
  • Administer employee benefits in collaboration with global stakeholders to create a positive experience.
  • Assist the business in improving processes and systems solutions.
  • Communicate system and process changes.
  • Maintain documentation and data for systems and programs.
Requirements
  • 2 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits administration.
  • Experience administering company and statutory benefits.
  • Case management and HRIS experience preferably in Workday.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
