Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of Mechanical and Electrical services design and installation on high-density residential projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with leading industry experts and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.
- As an M&E Coordinator, you will oversee and monitor the quality of M&E system installations from initial planning to final commissioning and handover.
- You will assist site construction management teams by leading M&E system coordination and providing support for on-site problem-solving as needed.
- You will collaborate with project design teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with architectural and structural elements.
- You will supervise M&E subcontractors on-site, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services, and 4+ years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
