Residential Development Site Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Professional to join a leading contractor on a major residential development in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with the Project Manager and Senior Management on large-scale residential and commercial projects.
- Manage day-to-day on-site engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and interpret all drawings and specifications, reporting errors/omissions to the design team promptly.
- Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and materials, recording information on a document control system.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Assist with Health & Safety and quality management on site.
- Take responsibility for setting out works and liaising with subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate site records (including site diary) and assist the commercial team with labour and material allocations.
- Liaise with the Client and Design Team as required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience as a No. 1 Engineer on large-scale residential and commercial projects.
- Full Irish Driving Licence.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience using construction document control systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic with a team-focused approach.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
