Residential Development Site Manager Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale residential development in Southwest Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of this project.

  • Liaise with project stakeholders to coordinate site activities and manage the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and materials, maintaining accurate records on our document control system.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and statutory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • Full Irish Driving Licence.
  • Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification.
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with construction document control systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong work ethic and team-focused approach.
