We are seeking a skilled professional to lead testing activities for our SAP and M&E project.

Job Requirements

This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including working with non-testers. Experience as a Test Lead on enterprise-scale projects is essential.

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/ERP systems is required, along with solid understanding of test planning, execution, and defect management processes.

Excellent communication skills are necessary to guide and influence business users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing activities for the SAP (SuccessFactors) and M&E project.
  • Work with end users and business team members to build and execute test plans.
  • Provide structure, oversight, and guidance to ensure testing quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate defect management and report on testing progress, risks, and issues.
  • Support the rollout of devices as part of the project scope.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in test management, particularly with large-scale projects.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
