High-Intensity Fitness Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional to deliver an outstanding experience for our students and staff across our fitness facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a full range of member services including inductions, fitness programmes, programme reviews, and fitness assessments.
- Lead various group fitness classes, such as Spinning, Circuits, exercise to music, Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, Toning, and 'Bar to music' classes.
- Present a professional welcome to all users and maintain the highest levels of professionalism at front of house.
- Ensure accurate completion of start and end of day procedures and paperwork.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all users and enforce codes of conduct to ensure usage and behaviour is not detrimental to others.
- A Recognised Gym Instructor Qualification and First Aid qualification.
- Desirable: Personal Training Experience, Nutrition qualification, experience working with sports clubs and teams, ability to deliver Yoga, Pilates, Step, and Zumba classes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer focus, and communication skills.
- A willingness to work flexible hours.
- A high level of conduct and professionalism.
