Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

  • Work onsite, reporting to Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Help customers and put them at ease, answering questions, giving advice, and recommending products.
  • Get to know in-store offers and schemes and promote them.
  • Ensure stores run smoothly by managing product displays, providing great service on tills, and assisting with stock.
  • Collaborate with team members for a great shopping experience.
