Job Description:

As a customer-focused professional, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of our store and representing our brand. You will partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations.

Key responsibilities include acting as a role model for world-class customer service, driving financial performance through sales targets, maintaining stock accuracy, and setting up store promotional plans.

Additionally, you will ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and participate in ongoing training programs, including 'Qualified to Advise' and 'Healthy Expert' qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and analyze sales figures daily
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our products
  • Ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
  • Able to multitask and achieve the best results while being agile and flexible
