Customer Service Manager Role

About the Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic manager to lead our front-of-house team at Roosters Fresh in Cork, Ireland.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in leading and motivating the front-of-house staff.
  • Set the example for great customer service and handle guest queries or issues.
  • Train, guide, and support floor staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist with managing rotas, table plans, reservations, and coordinating service between the kitchen and floor.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing rules.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive team spirit and excellent service delivery.
