**Leadership Opportunity in Early Years**
Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for creating a supportive and educational environment for young children? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, covering maternity leave.
This role involves overseeing the daily running of the setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children. You will lead and develop a team of early childhood educators, providing guidance and making important decisions daily to support the team's growth and development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and organisation: Develop schedules, routines, and resources to ensure effective day-to-day running of the setting.
- Directing and leading: Provide guidance and make important decisions daily to support the team.
- Team management: Foster a positive, encouraging, and opportunistic environment for staff.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication methods to all staff, children, and families.
- Conflict resolution: Resolve issues and conflicts within the setting to maintain a positive working atmosphere.
- Administrative work: Ensure all relevant paperwork is up to date and provide necessary documentation to meet standards.
The successful candidate must possess a minimum Level 8 qualification or have 5 years' experience in Early Years or 2 years' experience in a leadership role. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, we encourage you to apply.
