A fantastic opportunity has arisen to deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service. You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellence and provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.

Key Duties

  • Act as an ambassador for the company, providing exceptional customer care experience.
  • Follow on site security requirements including access control and CCTV, ensuring that all security protocols are adhered to.
  • Report any security events in the onsite log, maintaining accurate records of incidents.
  • Manage access control, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors, handling their queries efficiently.
  • Deal with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as required, and ensuring that responses are prompt and effective.
  • Complete the onsite paperwork in a clear format, adhering to guidelines.
  • Liaise with management and the national call centre regarding any security issues or problems, resolving conflicts promptly.

Key Requirements

  • 5 year verifiable history, demonstrating reliability and stability.
  • Valid PSA Static Licence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Valid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis, confirming eligibility to work locally.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, however training will be provided to ensure success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
  • Customer/Client focused, prioritizing satisfaction and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations, and respond calmly to emergencies.
  • Basic computer literacy required, with proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, with the ability to respond to issues effectively and efficiently.
