Your Mission:

As a Product Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers. What You'll Do:

• Be the friendly and professional voice of our company, handling customer inquiries and technical complaints via phone and email in German or Norwegian and English.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by asking insightful questions and guiding customers through solutions for our range of medical products.
• Document every interaction with precision, following strict guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant records.
• Communicate the findings of technical investigations clearly and effectively to customers, providing peace of mind and resolution.
• Manage and prioritize a constant flow of inquiries to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve our processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Become a subject-matter expert, continuously developing your knowledge and sharing it with a collaborative and supportive team.

What You'll Bring:

• Essential: Full professional fluency in German or Norwegian and English.
• A curious and analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Ideal Background:

• A certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Biomedical, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering or similar).
• 1+ years of experience in a medical/clinical environment, a technical support role, or a customer-facing position in a related industry.
