The Role
We're looking for an Enterprise Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Support Team, you'll be responsible for interacting directly with our users, ensuring they have a stellar Stripe experience. You'll troubleshoot complex user issues, communicate with high-value users, and provide a best-in-class support experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex user issues and communicate with Stripe's highest value users via email.
  • Own and manage business critical escalations and incidents.
  • Become an expert in all Stripe products, understanding our processes and workflows to resolve user issues.
  • Manage a small portfolio of users, analyzing and improving their support experience.
  • Work with Engineering and Operations teams to diagnose and solve technical user problems.
