We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Grant Documentation Specialist for a temporary 9-month contract. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the grant management process by ensuring the preparation and collection of accurate and organized documentation of all aspects of grant applications.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials. They will ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate, monitor grant deadlines, and submit documentation promptly. Additionally, they will input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials.
- Preparation of Grant Documentation: Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Compliance Tracking: Monitor grant deadlines and submit documentation promptly.
- Data Entry and Database Management: Input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative and document coordination role.
- Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
