Exciting opportunity for a seasoned Estimator to join our team in Ireland and the UK, tendering for all construction and electrical projects.

About the Role:
  • Tender for construction and electrical projects across Ireland and the UK
  • Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely tenders based on drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and other information
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate tenders from drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities
  • Analyse information for ambiguity, risk, and qualification, seeking clarification where necessary
  • Sourcing subcontractor and supplier quotations
  • Attending site visits and client briefings
  • Working closely with clients and colleagues to review tenders and handovers
  • Finalising tender bids and attending pre-order meetings to secure contracts and handover to Project Managers

Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience working as an Estimator or Electrical Engineer performing an Estimator role with a well-established general contractor. Strong analytical, mathematical, and general IT skills are required.
