Job Overview:

The Technical Coordinator role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for processing and quality checking dealing transactions to regulatory and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and review a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
  • Provide input to process improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Offer day-to-day guidance and support to junior team members and collaborate with the Team Leader on workflow distribution and staff resource utilization.
  • Identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls.
  • Execute complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
  • Maintain direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management as required.
  • Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior level employees.
  • Oversee daily operational activities and provide supervision to junior level employees (non-management role).
  • Possess technical expertise in area of specialization and broader knowledge of other areas.
  • Deliver high-quality work product requiring minimal revisions.
  • Effectively facilitate discussions and reach informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Functional/Industry Knowledge is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
