Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to join our team, focusing on Application Monitoring. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead the resolution of complex issues and close service tickets with determination and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead major incidents and provide expert leadership and input into resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet deadlines in a strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) driven environment.
  • Supervise technical activities and engineers.
  • Monitor and review individual performance.
  • Produce regular reports on Service Desk performance levels.
  • Communicate effectively with IT division members, including IT Management.
  • Identify process gaps and improve services.
  • Develop user guides and documentation.
  • Assist with reporting.
  • Manage team planning, including leave, rotas, and weekend coverage.
  • Perform hands-on technical duties in a Virtualized environment.
  • Lead daily team meetings and bi-monthly one-to-one meetings.
  • Maintain team cohesion and quality checks.
  • Provide education and training to team members.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting Windows/VMware environments.
  • Change management experience in a corporate setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Windows Servers, VMware, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and ITIL knowledge.

Candidates must be eligible to work full-time and long-term in the specified location or hold a valid appropriate long-term work Visa.
