Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented graduate to join our team as a Configuration Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to develop their expertise in Fenergo SaaS product and become valuable members of our team.

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Fenergo SaaS product.
  • Configure and refine the SaaS product according to documented client requirements.
  • Validate functional configuration changes to meet expected standards.
  • Support the client validation process and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team regarding product requirements and testing outputs.
  • Maintain adherence to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in designing solutions, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and progress within a fast-paced environment. A degree or diploma in Computing, Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
